What is Positive Solutions Services?

Positive Solutions Services is a consulting business that specializes in Customer
Service and motivating employees to be the best they can be. This is done through
accelerated learning, one on one training, on site training, seminars, workshops
and contract work.

I strongly feel that if employees are given the tools to do their job, they will work to
succeed. None of us take a job to fail and it is my mission to assist employees to
reach their full potential through knowledge, empowerment and attitude.

If we understand the importance of the customer and customer service, whether it
is an internal or external customer, we will be able to increase productivity and
make a difference. I enjoy working with management and employees in their own
environment. It's all about attitude!!!

The companies and organizations that I work with encompass a five state area and
are varied, from local banks and businesses to hospitals, Chambers of Commerce
in other states, nursing homes and assisted living, non profits and government
agencies.
